The Holiday Inn offer will be valid for some days before and after the Conference dates that is the period June 26 – July 4 (10 nights in all).

Room bookings should be made directly by Conference participants who should contact the Hotel's bookings department (Mrs Lytridou or Mrs Zachariadou) at 0030 231 0563100 or via email at reservations@hithessaloniki.gr and quote their participation at the INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF THEORETICAL PSYCHOLOGY so that to be entitled to the rates above.
We would also like to inform the conference participants that they will be also able to make an online booking via a link which will be posted on the conference's website. Customers who book on-line are directly given a confirmation number via email. A credit card is required for online bookings. In case of booking cancellation one day prior to arrival and before 16.00 no cancellation charges apply. In case of cancellation one day prior to arrival and after 16.00, or in case of non show, cancellation charges equal to one night stay charges apply, and will be charged on the customer's credit card. In case of non show, if the hotel is not informed about the rest of stay before 12.00 of the day after the first night of stay the rest of the booking is canceled.
Payment of each room booking can only be done by each conference participant individually. Upon arrival each resident will be asked to present his/her credit card.
Room bookings can be done only on a concrete period basis and will be confirmed by the hotel depending on availability.
